Our trainers will go over each exercise and how we want the workout done to ensure proper form and safety for our clients. With MFE membership: each workout comes with an explanation of how we want the workout done and with videos of each exercise. This allows you to walk into the gym confident and with a plan to get that workout done. This will make it EASY to reach your goals.

                Frequently Asked Questions:

                 How do the workouts work?
                Monday-Thursday  we run 2 workouts: a strength and a cardio workout. You get to choose which one you do each class. Fridays are one workout and it's a mix of both strength and cardio. The MFE membership site is set up the same way, so if you miss the gym, you can do it elsewhere. It is a good back up and added tool! 
                 Will I be hitting different parts of the body if I choose to do weightlifting?
                Yes! We will focus on a specific body part each day Monday-Thursday. 
                 What is so different about the Friday workouts?
                Friday workouts are our favorite workouts because they give you a good mix of both weightlifting and cardio. If you are unsure about weightlifting or aren’t confident enough to do it full steam, Fridays are a good warm-up because of the diversity of exercises. 
                 What are the cardio workouts like?
                Our cardio workouts are more of your HIIT and circuit type training and are designed to have strength involved so you can just say “bye” to the treadmill. You will be doing a variety of heart pumping exercises using your body weight to optimize your workout.
